AAPM&R Annual Assembly 2026
The AAPM&R Annual Assembly 2026 takes place November 11–14 at the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando, with virtual participation also available. AAPM&R is a broad physical medicine and rehabilitation meeting rather than a dedicated neurotoxin congress. Its toxin relevance is concentrated in practical therapeutic settings, especially spasticity management, cranio-cervical injection, headache care, and image-guided procedures.

The registration page states that ticketed three-hour Skills Labs are not included in the general Annual Assembly registration fee. AAPM&R also lists an in-person STEP 2 — Interventional Spasticity Management Applications preconference course; participants should confirm its schedule and separate registration requirements on the official site.

The official registration page 🔗 states that online or on-site registration remains available after the mail and fax cutoff, subject to organizer availability. Registration categories, fees, ticketed add-ons, cancellation terms, and room availability should be checked directly before purchase.
In-person and virtual registration include recorded educational sessions for one year. The AAPM&R CME guidance 🔗 states that the meeting can provide up to 117 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™; separately ticketed Skills Labs and preconference sessions are not included in the on-demand AA Rewind 2026 library.
Participating Companies
Section titled “Participating Companies”AAPM&R has opened exhibitor and sponsorship information and published exhibit-hall hours 🔗, but a current public company-by-company directory was not available in the official sources reviewed on July 29, 2026. The exhibit hall is scheduled for November 12 from 12:30–6:30 pm, November 13 from 8:00 am–3:00 pm, and November 14 from 7:45 am–1:30 pm, all in Eastern Time. Company participation should not be inferred from prior editions, sponsorship prospectuses, or promotional photographs.
When an official directory or sponsored-session schedule becomes available, company records can distinguish exhibitors, event sponsors, education-theater sponsors, satellite-symposium hosts, and speaker affiliations rather than combining them into a single participant list.
