Revance / Crown Laboratories
Revance developed Daxxify, a botulinum toxin type A product with the nonproprietary name daxibotulinumtoxinA-lanm. Crown Laboratories completed its acquisition of Revance in February 2025, connecting the development-stage Revance history to Crown’s broader aesthetics and skincare business.
The combined company history matters because “developer,” “current owner,” and “product label holder” describe related but different facts. Daxxify should remain traceable to Revance’s development work while its current corporate context reflects the Crown acquisition.

Product and Formulation Context
Section titled “Product and Formulation Context”Revance describes Daxxify as a peptide-formulated botulinum toxin product. That formulation identity is a sourced product distinction, but it should not be converted into a general claim that Daxxify is safer, stronger, longer-lasting, or clinically superior across patients or uses.
Daxxify potency units are product-specific. The product’s corporate history and formulation do not create a conversion relationship with Botox, Dysport, Xeomin, Jeuveau, Letybo, or another botulinum toxin product.
Market Interpretation
Section titled “Market Interpretation”The Revance / Crown node preserves continuity across an ownership change. Revance remains important to the development record, while Crown supplies the current parent-company context. Keeping both names on one page avoids treating the acquisition as if it erased the product’s development history or created a new regulatory identity.
